24-hour centres

The network of five 24-hour education/foster care centres for children who are deprived of parental care. They use modern, active, and personal forms of full-time caregiving, provided by the Family-type Children’s Homes, Youth Independence Groups and Safe Flats. Their function is designed to be as similar as possible to the rearing methods of family homes. The young people living at these centres take an active part in the everyday functions of the home from shopping and cleaning to cooking and planning the budget.
